Refund Policy

I have a 7 day refund policy for tech support jobs/projects.
(I.E. Any payment larger than $20 USD).

Refund request must be emailed to
Request needs to include the invoice ID and probable reason for the request.

Paid questions/answers are non-refundable. (I.E. Any payment less than $20 USD)

Because all invoiced amounts are initially agreed upon and paid only after service has been performed, I can not guarantee refunds.
